What benefits do I get if I become a VIP?

Torofun VIP membership comes with exclusive benefits: better in-game rewards, exclusive avatar and game customisation items, priority access to tournaments and competitions, and much more.

Can I change my username?

Yes, you can change your username in the My Account section. Just click on the change username button and type in your new name.

How can I level up?

As you accumulate game experience, the more experience points you gain. You can check your experience points on your profile.

What is the experience level for?

Experience points allow us to group together users with the same level of experience to provide a satisfying gaming experience where everyone has a similar chance of winning.

Where can I check my ranking?

To see your overall and per-game rankings, go to the Rankings section. Results are displayed by day, week, month, year and cumulative total; and you can filter the results as you wish.

How can I customise my avatar?

To customise your avatar, click on your avatar icon at the top right, or go to the menu and select Avatar. Avatar customisation takes place in the avatar shop, where you can choose from dozens of free and paid items.

I have logged out and I can't log back in, what do I do?

If you have logged out and do not remember your username, please check your welcome email or any Torofun email. If you remember your username but cannot remember your password, click the 'I forgot my password' button in the login window.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your Torofun account, please write an email to support@torofun.com from the email address you registered with and include your username.
