Description Greek Hold 'em Poker
We're going Greek! Greek Holdem mixes the rules of Texas Hold 'em and Omaha Hold 'em, so you know you're in for a treat! Known at first as Tight Hold 'em, Greek Holdem is a poker variant of Texas Hold 'em, which prompted the evolution of Omaha Hold 'em. Greek Holdem follows the same rules as Omaha Hold' em, with the exception that each player is only dealt two cards, following the same rules as Texas hold 'em, a game you can also find on this website. In Greek Holdem, each player must use both hole cards along with 3 of the total available community cards to make the strongest five-card hand. This makes Greek Holdem a different beast than Texas hold 'em, since in that game each player can play the best five-card poker hand from any combination of the seven cards available to them.
