Description Belote

A 32-cards game, one of the most popular games in Europe, and the national card game of France, both for competitive and casual play. Belote is a 32-card, trick-taking, Ace-Ten game invented around 1920 in France, and is a close relative of both Klaberjass, also known as bela, and Klaverjas, with many variants played throughout the world. Within the game's terminology, belote is used to designate a pair of a King and a Queen of a trump suit, giving name to the game. Each player declares the combinations of the cards they are holding, trying to beat their opponent with as many tricks as possible in order to revalue their cards and reach, over several hands, the score that is required to win the game, which is usally set at 1,000 points.
